The second factor is the success that local firms have had in developing the modern concept. Domestic retailers such as Reliance Industries and Pantaloon will continue to invest heavily in growing their store networks and improving their in-store offerings, and the impact they have had on growth will only be boosted further with the arrival of expansion-oriented multinationals. Mass grocery retail (MGR) sales in India are forecast to undergo explosive growth over the forecast period. It predicts that sales through modern retail outlets will increase by 777.4% to reach US$27.2bn in 2013. This phenomenal forecast is a consequence of India’s dramatic and rapid shift from independently owned small-scale retail to large-scale modern outlets; although it must also be noted that this growth is forecast to come from a very low starting point.

Retail sales for the universe of Asian countries in 2008 were an estimated US$2.04trn. China and India alone in 2008 accounted for almost 93% of regional retail sales, with their combined share expected to reach 94% by 2013. Growth in regional retail sales for the period 2008 to 2013 is put at 105%, or an annual average 17.6%. China should experience the most rapid rate of growth, followed by Indonesia and India. For India, the estimated 2008 market share of 17.5% is expected to decrease to 16.9% by 2013.

Autostrada Bucuresti - Ploiesti se largeste la trei benzi pe sens. În conturile lui Casuneanu, Umbrarescu si Besciu mai intra 50 milioane de euro

Pe baza unei Hotarâri de Guvern emise anul trecut de Cabinetul Tariceanu, în conturile “regilor asfaltului” Costel Casuneanu, Dorinel Umbrarescu si Dan Besciu vor intra înca 50 milioane de euro pentru constructia tronsonului Moara Vlasiei - Ploiesti al viitoarei autostrazi Bucuresti-Ploiesti.

Compania Nationala de Autostrazi si Drumuri Nationale din România (CNADNR) va schimba solutia tehnica de la doua la trei benzi pe sens pentru acest tronson, valoarea estimata pentru noile lucrari fiind de 196,85 milioane de lei, fara TVA. Contractul initial, care prevedea doua benzi pe sens, a fost atribuit în vara anului 2007 si are o valoare de 249,74 milioane de euro.

Teoretic, CNADNR va organiza la sfârsitul lunii iulie o licitatie pentru proiectarea si executarea largirii la trei benzi, de la Moara Vlasiei si pâna la Dumbrava (km 19+500-km 45+000). Practic, dupa cum au declarat pentru Gândul surse din cadrul companiei, lucrarile vor fi executate tot de asocierea dintre firmele PA&CO International, UMB Spedition si Euroconstruct Trading 98.

“Teoretic, poate participa oricine la licitatie. Practic, e greu de crezut ca va veni o alta firma care sa lucreze în paralel cu consortiul, pe organizarea de santier a acestuia. Nu este posibil ca o firma sa construiasca prima banda, iar altele, urmatoarele doua benzi. S-ar calca pe picioare”, au explicat sursele.

Berceanu a criticat, dar nu a schimbat

Chiar daca modificarea proiectului de catre fostul ministru Ludovic Orban a fost criticata de actualul ocupant al postului, Radu Berceanu, ministerul a pus-o în aplicare. “Am ales sa mergem pe aceasta directie pentru a câstiga timp, deoarece lucrarile la autostrada dureaza de prea mult timp. O noua modificare, prin anularea Hotarârii de Guvern semnate de fostul premier Calin Popescu Tariceanu, ar fi însemnat o noua întârziere”, a declarat pentru Gândul directorul Directiei infrastructura rutiera si concesiuni din cadrul Ministerului Transporturilor, Adrian Ionescu.

Berceanu a criticat în mai multe rânduri modificarea proiectului, pe motiv ca, oricâte benzi ar avea autostrada, la intrarea în oras se creeaza blocaje, pentru ca nu exista artere pe care sa se descarce traficul. “În loc sa stam la coada pe lung, o sa stam la coada pe lat”, a spus ministrul.

Ionescu a precizat ca au mai fost reduse costurile pe alte cai, prin renuntarea la doua noduri rutiere care nu faceau, deocamdata, legatura cu nici o artera de circulatie. Unul dintre acestea era proiectat chiar la Dumbrava, pâna unde autostrada se va largi la trei benzi. Aici urma sa se faca legatura cu viitoarea autostrada Ploiesti - Buzau - Focsani, pentru care însa nu exista pâna în momentul de fata posibilitati de finantare. În consecinta, nodul rutier cu pricina va fi construit atunci când vor fi bani pentru constructia acesteia.

Doar pâna la centura

Initial, si primul tronson, între Bucuresti si Moara Vlasiei, a fost proiectat la doua benzi, însa Ludovic Orban a decis schimbarea solutiei tehnice de la doua la trei benzi pe sens. Chiar daca a fost criticata de Berceanu, decizia a fost pusa în aplicare, tocmai pentru a nu mai întârzia lucrarile. Pe aceasta portiune lucreaza o asociere italiana formata din firmele Impressa Pizzarotti si Tirrena Scavi, valoarea contractului fiind de 152,8 milioane de euro.

Ulterior, Radu Berceanu a hotarât sa opreasca autostrada la Centura Bucurestilor, pentru ca exproprierile de terenuri în Capitala ar fi fost prea scumpe si nu ar mai fi ramas bani pentru constructia autostrazii propriu-zise. Potrivit asigurarilor date de ministru, autostrada va fi gata la finele anului viitor.

În cartierul ploiestean Mitica Apostol vor începe lucrari la reteaua de alimentare cu gaze. Aproximativ 60% din locuitorii de aici nu sunt racordati la gaze, însa primarul Andrei Volosevici sustine ca a încheiat un protocol cu Distrigazul. Decizia va fi supusa aprobarii în sedinta Consiliului Local Ploiesti programata la finele acestei luni.
“Am ajuns la o finalitate a protocolului de predare-primire pentru Mitica Apostol cu Distrigaz. Compania va prelua instalatia de gaze existenta si o va dezvolta”, a precizat primarul Ploiestiului, Andrei Volosevici.
Cele 200 de blocuri din Ploiesti care vor intra în programul de reabilitare termica vor fi desemnate pe 1 iulie, prin tragere la sorti.

Desemnarea blocurilor care vor intra în acest an în programul de reabilitare termica va avea loc în prima zi a lunii viitoare. Tot în luna iulie, Primaria Ploiesti asteapta sa primeasca si fondurile necesare din partea Ministerului Dezvoltarii. “Miercuri, pe 1 iulie, e tragerea la sorti. Din momentul respectiv, vor intra în programul Oficiului Public Proiect pentru audit si proiectare. Preferam sa scoatem la licitatie câte 50 de blocuri, grupate pe cartiere. Astfel, vor fi patru firme care vor lucra pe loturi. Încercam sa evitam situatia de a avea o singura firma la toate, pentru ca sunt mai multe dezavantaje”, a declarat Andrei Volosevici, care a precizat ca este posibil ca lucrarile de izolare facute pe cont propriu de unii locatari sa fie pastrate: “Daca lucrarile respective corespund din punct de vedere tehnic, le preluam, altfel le dam jos”.
